Vicktor Pargas is a double bassist and music educator based in Riverside, California. Vicktor graduated from Riverside City College with his associates in music and is currently in his last year of completing his bachelor's degree in music education at California Baptist University.

Vicktor has performed in jazz bands and combos, wind ensembles, orchestras, and pop bands across Southern California and in college playing double bass and electric bass. He has also taught and coached jazz, strings, and musicals in schools and summer camps in Riverside, Jurupa Valley, and Upland.
