RAA's Ruth Noemy Wheeler Leads Concert for Heroes
Riverside Arts Academy proudly recognizes Ruth Noemy Wheeler, Lead Teaching Artist – Strings and conductor of the Riverside Arts Academy Overture Orchestra, for leading this year's Concert for Heroes at Riverside National Cemetery.
Held among the resting place of more than 300,000 American service members, the annual concert brought together the community for an evening of remembrance, reflection, and gratitude. Through music, the event honored the men and women whose service and sacrifice have shaped our nation's history.
As both an educator and conductor, Wheeler continues to inspire young musicians through her leadership at Riverside Arts Academy while sharing the power of music beyond the classroom. Her participation in Concert for Heroes reflects the Academy's belief that music has the ability to unite communities, tell meaningful stories, and honor moments that matter.
Riverside Arts Academy is incredibly proud of Wheeler's dedication to both artistic excellence and community service. Her leadership serves as a reminder of music's unique ability to inspire remembrance, foster unity, and bring people together in gratitude.
Congratulations to Ruth Noemy Wheeler on this meaningful contribution to our community and for representing the Riverside Arts Academy family with excellence at one of our nation's most sacred places of remembrance.
